Dr. Sherwood is an exemplary practitioner. I have been a client for over 5 years and could not ask for a better therapist! She is extremely professional and makes every accommodation to fit the needs of her clients schedules. I would highly recommend her. Her front desk staff are also warm, friendly and professional. I always feel like I am coming to a place that is accepting and welcoming.
STAY AWAY!!!!! This establishment posted a job for part time receptionist on the Nextdoor app and I applied. I was interviewed and hired within days - no information was exchanged - no proof was required for me to give that I even am who I said I was. I processed clients credit cards, insurance claims, and saw all of their personal and health information. I adore Oak Hill, and have been a client since it was opened, because I wanted to continue working with Dr. Sherwood who I have now been seeing for the better part of a decade. I cannot recommend her and the rest of the Oak Hill staff enough, especially to any adolescents who are struggling with serious mental health issues.
