RecommendedMy Mother resided here for over a year before recently passing during the Coronavirus Pandemic. The staff is outstanding, compassionate, and caring. Mother loved the food and the place was spotless. Each day, near the end, when I would contact them they always provided me with an account of how she was doing and would offer to video conference or hold the phone so she could communicate with us. If you want a Clean, Caring Home away from Home for your loved one, Tim, Theresa, Jason, Ladonna,Robin, Debra & so many more, will be there for you! I highly recommend Oak Hill! We are always amazed at how they step up with every need my mother has! With 2 broken hips, at separate times, and 5 broken ribs, recently, they have given her exceptional care! Staff are always friendly, the facility is always clean, and my dad is well taken care of. Could not have found a better place to trust with my dad.
My Mom has been a resident Since May 2018. I love the Staff and always know my Mom is well taken care of and Safe.
My mother has been living here for over 3 months now and she/we have been very happy. I find it very clean, warm and inviting. She has been nurtured, extended dignity and all the freedom she desires. She is constantly receiving medical well checks, provided daily activities and well balanced meals that taste great. We are beyond thankful for the Stephenson family and Oak Hill.
