Customer service is always polite and helpful, they are consistent and efficient in their trash pickup, and allow you one large item per month (just let them know ahead of time). The drivers have always been polite and helpful. You can do bill pay through your bank and doxo. It’s certainly understandable that a small business can’t handle the exorbitant fees associated with credit cards, EFT, etc. I am glad to pay them for their service!

My experience with this company has been exhausting, I have had them for a little over a year. For the most part they were alright but then they did whatever they wanted to so I cancelled, that is not the worse part. Now I am being harassed by the driver by now going by my house early in the morning and laying on the horn, how mature, I KNOW HE KNEW I WOULDN'T CALL THE OFFICE BECAUSE THE OFFICE MANAGER WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ANYWAYS, she immediatly takes the drivers side and doesn't try to comprimise or do any customer satisfa... read more

There is no way of paying with a debit card or credit card either at their office or online, All other utilities accept them and paying them is just a hassle..... get with the times.

They don't empty my trash can complalty and its stupid I pay them $15 to 20 a month to pick up my trash and they can't even do there job right. Looks like I'll never deal with them again. If you don't know what your doing don't get a job. Simple as that. You should not get paid for a job that's half way done and call it good.

We love them. Been with then for ages, my mom has been with them for ages, my mother in law has been with them since we are.... No problems. Always pick up. Great guys. Really having a hard time believing reviews of bad service... I just felt compelled to post.
