Very caring and compassionate staff. They made my need for their services so much easier than I had anticipated it would be. Everybody was very helpful and professional.

I have personally known the owners and employees of Oak Hill Funeral Home for many years. They have helped me and bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met. “Compassionate and Helpful” doesn’t hardly even seem appropriate trying to describe what these people do. They go far above this. I HIGHLY recommend Oak Hill Funeral Home and their family to help your family in your time of need. Won’t find a better place in Kingsport.
Horrible horrible horrible service....no compassion what so ever....this was the most God Aweful experience I have ever dealt with! I would never recommend this terrible place to anyone! Very unprofessional, sloppy,and unorganized place ....they really need to learn how to be human beings with a heart!
