If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently moved out and, despite leaving the apartment in great shape, they slapped me with a $340 charge for “carpet renovation.” Keep in mind they already held a $400 deposit, which they apparently needed more of on top. First, I don’t recall the carpet needing any renovation beyond normal wear and tear from my time there—exactly what a security deposit is supposed to cover. Very bad Apartment kids cant be free to play were they want lots of mice lots of old racsict people and you cant even walk in your own apartment like you want. If I could give this a 0 stars I would.
I've been living in oakhill apartments from 2020 and I must say,the new maintainannce supervisor(Eric) has taken the team to an excellent standard. There has been so much change since,from parking lots being repainted,a better parking situation , I constantly see him moving up and down making sure everything is taken care of.the team has also been on point.i couldn't be happier as a tenant.
