Lived here 5+ years and always paid rent on time. Management was unprofessional, gave no clear explanations, and sent my account to collections without proper notice. The property had cleanliness and maintenance issues. I cleaned and painted before moving out, yet was still charged $523 unfairly and did not receive my security deposit.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently moved out and, despite leaving the apartment in great shape, they slapped me with a $340 charge for “carpet renovation.” Keep in mind they already held a $400 deposit, which they apparently needed more of on top. First, I don’t recall the carpet needing any renovation beyond normal wear and tear from my time there—exactly what a security deposit is supposed to cover.
