RecommendedLooks like my review disappeared. But I love and recommend this GREAT apartment complex! Super quiet, friendly neighbors and staff! Apartments are nice and well taken care of. Staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help with anything you may need taken care of. Everything you could possibly need is all close by, grocery store, shopping, food, everything! Super laid back and really a place to call HOME! I have been here just over a year and devastated to be leaving, but I WILL be back!
If your looking for a great place to live, look no more Oak Hill is the place to be! I was only here for a year, but one of the best places I have ever lived! They go above and beyond for their residents.. I'm definitely sad to go! I will miss living here!
We've been living at Oak Hill since 2009 and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I really couldn't be happier. To top it off, the staff are great. They are always kind, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive making sure that any issues are tended to immediately and that the facilities are always pristine. Can't wait to sign that year lease again. I just wanted to give some credit where it is absolutely due - Kasie and James, thank you.
We are about to sign our 3rd year long lease for our apartment. We love living here. It is quiet, really clean, and far enough away from city hubbub to be relaxing, but close enough to still be able to shop, eat and work without driving a long way. The neighbors are nice, and the manager is super friendly and always really helpful if situations arise. I’ve lived here for about 6 months so far and I love it. I have no problem with neighbors, bugs, or anything. Very quiet and perfect and the price is great. I think this is a great place to live especially if you’re a college student who wants to live somewhere nice off campus that isn’t too high priced. Oh also the apartment manager is so nice!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and every one of them have been enjoyable and pleasant. The area is very well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Most importantly, our office manager here is a very pleasant and likable person. She takes pride in managing the complex starting in her onsite office, and extending to the outside property. She shows that she takes her job seriously, and she cares. She is a testimony to the Oak Hill Apt. slogan that "You can relax now, you're at home"
Renewing my lease, I like it here so much. No complaints.
