I initially thought these places seemed nice for the price (\$570 for a 1 bdrm). Unfortunately, the nice brick interior walls are actually the external walls without insulation on them! In the winter its practically impossible to stay warm without continuously running the heater. My Xcel bills were \$80/mo (gas & electricity) with temperature set to 74. Drafty bedroom window (supposedly new) didnt help. The other problem with the walls is they serve as a fantastic connduit for sound. Pray you have quiet neighbors. The common... read more
