Lived here for four years and haven’t had the problems some of the low reviews have stated. Maintenance is quick when called and the front office is nice and friendly. They keep the apartments clean once a week. Price is good and location is even better.
I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a 1 star. Multiple reviews about the management should tell you something. If something in your apartment is broken, you’ve got better luck doing it on your own. They stalk you and are really anal about “hidden rules” like things you wouldn’t think would be a big deal, are. No one lives here because they want to live here, it’s just cheap. You get what you pay for. Oh, and the pool is freezing.
They actually emailed me and offered me 40 dollars to remove my other review from the Toledo location. Must be true..
