I lived in my third story apartment for just over a year. Not once did I have a complaint about management nor my apartment. My AC unit died over the summer and the next day I had a brand new one installed. My garbage disposal stopped working, and the next day I had someone fixing it. As far as rent - for the large one bedroom, you'd have a hard time beating the price for how much space you get. The leasing office is a joke. Don’t rent from these people. They are rated low for a reason! They are scammers.
Great apartments. Maintenance is always prompt to fix any problems that we have. Love the swimming pool in the summer. Office staff is very professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the area. Cant beat the price for what you get.

Terrible management! The apartments have flooding problems too! I didn't know they turned the Toledo Trash Dump into a wannabe community! Yikes
