My father has been trying to get a hold of them for over 2 years that we have been living here, it is very hard to get a hold of them or even get a phone call. I don’t know what type of experience they have but they need to do better. We tried contacting them about a change that we wanted to do around the house and I waited over a year to get feedback from the HOA but we just decided to do it after a year of no answer from the HOA
