RecommendedI love this store and their customer service. For years I bought Lazy Boys. Never again Flexsteel is superior and they stand behind there product. My electronic part broke and I received a replacement piece at no charge. I had the extra warranty on a previous purchased Lazy Boy and Van Dries would not stand behind it.

I have bought some of my favorite pieces from Oak Heirlooms. Custom sized and stained dressers, tables. Sized chairs to fit your space. Always friendly prompt educated service and ordering process. Have bought sheets, wall decor, edible treats etc from the store.
I have several pieces of furniture from Oak Heirlooms and they are great quality. I bought the pedestal table over 20 years ago and it is still is perfect condition. No problems or decrease in finish and we use it every day. Thanks Susie .

We just today received our order of three pieces of furniture from Oak Heirlooms and the sales person, Susan, couldn't have been nicer as well as the delivery men. The delivery guys went beyond what was expected of them and we thoroughly appreciated their help. All was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.
My sister and I were there today with our Mom to order furniture for her new home. We were made to feel very comfortable with everything we picked out. Very helpful and top notch customer service. Thank you for such a great experience.
