Slumlords. Awful management with horrible communication. Ceiling constantly leaked, bad parking situation, overpriced. Landlord would change rules suddenly, and leave constant notes verging on harassment for tenants. Property owner Rachel specifically was hard to deal with and not helpful or professional at all. Lived there for a year and couldn’t get out soon enough! Would not recommend to anyone!

Slumlord property. Landlord is a complete tyrant. Totally unprofessional. Don't get to see the property before you rent. Don't get to read the lease before you sign. Charges all kinds of extra fees and blames you for things that you don't do and have nothing to do with. Example: claims I had a dog defecate by a pine tree and I didn't clean it up. I don't own a dog. I don't babysit dogs. I don't allow friends and family to bring dogs over. And I was camping the week she claims this happened. I started looking for a new place ... read more
