The worst delivery experience. I had a confirmed 9-12 window for last friday. The driver showed up at 8am and left because the shop wasnt open. They refused to re send the package that day but sent me another appointment for 8-9am on Monday morning and was told that it will be the first delivery of the day to make up for the mistake at 8:45 I am told that the driver is running late (beause of issues at his other delivery) and will be delivering at around 10am.
