Our mother moved in early 2022, and just passed away. We never had a negative experience of any kind. The surroundings and building are well maintaind and have a "hotel" type feel. The staff is professional, competent and pleasant. Our mother enjoyed interfacing with them, "they're always smiling". The food is very good. It was not our mother's inclination but there are plenty of group activites, including a shuttle for tours and shopping. Couldn't ask for more as my parents transitioned from their longtime home into the independent cottages at Regency 3 months ago. They love the food at the dining hall each day, and the bigger than expected garage and roomy 2 bedroom cottage meets their needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly, with a service mindset.
