I went up there to get my wic transfered from South Carolina to Kentucky. Unfortunately I came right before their lunch break and they did not want to help. They keep telling me that they couldn't help untill I got south Carolina to transfer my paper work. They also said they couldn't call to get it transferred that I had to. Although when I went to the office in Russellville they told me they would call for me and get them to send my paper work to them then they would send it to oak Grove.
