I take both my cat and dog and they are excellent making them comfortable.
Wonderful vet! Everyone was so kind and did a great job answering my questions. These people obviously have a great love for animals. The prices were also very reasonable. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else! I also am adding the painting on the wall because it's delightful.
Above and beyond is an understatement. My dog has severe anxiety when it comes to going to the vet. The new veterinarian took the time to sit on the floor and wait for my dog to calm down before she continued with the exam. The compassion this woman has shown my dog has absolutely melted my heart. We are excited to continue working with her in the future.
I called Oak Grove Vet on Monday, asked for specifically what I needed, was given a quote, and made an appointment for Wednesday. Got to the clinic and the specific product that I needed was not in stock. After offering several solutions that could not work for me, the staff came up with one that would. I understand that problems happen and I’m incredibly grateful for the way the folks at Oak Grove Veterinary Hospital ensured we had a solution.
Getting prescriptions from this office is an absolute nightmare.
