Being new to horse ownership, I had what seemed like 1000 questions. Dr. Ross was kind and not the least bit condescending. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. He was also extremely nice to my 10 year old daughter. �
Thank you Dr Holly and ladies for taking care of our Daisy. We had 13 1/2 years with our girl and she was the best we could have ever asked for. You helped us through this hard time by showing us such compassion at a time it was reeally needed.

RUDE service, NO compassion or patience for hurt animals!!! I've rarely used them and never will again for this reason! The assistant was nice (only helpful one there), she needs to work for a vet that actually CARES about animals!!! They gave no follow up instructions on how to care for the dog or even told what meds were prescribed until checkout and asked the assistant! There's no price for good care, so VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

Very poor service. I have lost large animals all because Dr. Ross won't come out or even call me back. And I'm only 3 miles away from their office. I guess they do OK with dogs, cats, and horses, but if you have goats, cattle, or pigs call someone else. The times we have taken dogs and goats into their office the service was very expensive. I will never use them again.
They take good care of my little doggies and are very affordable and have convenient hours.
