On Saturday, February 22, 2025 my 19 year daughter was visiting my niece who has only been a tenant at Eagles Flat for two weeks. My daughter car would be towed from the apartment complex at 10:30 P.M. After following up with the apartment complex office my husband and I was told that my Niece had been sent emails in regards to parking rules. My niece does not have one email in regards to this. The maintenance workers are fantastic! Cranston and Rob go out of their way to solve any troubles quickly and do so with a good attitude. They are one of my favorite parts of living here!
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Currently living here and was great in the beginning now I'm absolutely dissatisfied with everything. In the winter I was on a trip in Texas for Christmas and so was my little brother who is also a resident in the same unit as myself. On his trip back he called me to let me know that the door was open and the light was on he had thought someone broke in. I love living at Eagle Flatts! Filling out the application and signing the lease was very easy, move-in was a breeze, and I was matched with some really great roommates! The apartment is very comfortable and I always feel safe here. The maintenance team is full of some really awesome guys, shoutout to Rob specifically! They are always so kind and do such a great job on repairs. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Hattiesburg. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
