It sounds like block parties are going on every night. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE noise problem if you have a room on the side of the breezeway. Good luck getting any sleep if you're not living on the third floor. I hope you love stomping. This is the fault of the neighbors, but also the poor structure of the building itself. Please choose something that is not “student” housing
There are lots of bugs and roaches
The pool is absolutely disgusting. Dead bugs everywhere. A used razor on the floor. Barbecue pit had mold in it. There is some sort of nasty sand mush at the bottom of the pool. My roommates and I have called several times asking when it will be cleaned and the answer is always that it will be soon. They assured us that it would be cleaned by Labor Day, but here we are and it still as disgusting as before.
This place is absolutely terrible. We moved in here in August and are counting down the days until we can leave. To begin with, the entire complex is covered in dog feces from people who don’t pick up after their animals. The front office hasn’t even made a single notice about this. The communal grill area is always a mess, with trash and drugs left on the ground. My dog even ate someone’s old weed they decided to leave behind, resulting in a $900 vet bill. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Absolutely no professionalism from staff, our neighbors brought gang members around, left trash everywhere, ignored our consistent complaints and never fixed any of the things we did have concerns about, decided to do renovations in the middle of winter holiday and took half of my bathroom mirror and never replaced it and tried to argue that it was an improvement when they were devaluing their property.
