Unacceptable Move-In Experience- Apartment was Dirty and MOLD was discovered on Day 1 Our move-in experience has been an absolute nightmare. We chose Enclave Hartland specifically because it seemed like a higher-end property, and we originally planned to stay for several years. Unfortunately, the management and maintenance response to serious issues was a failure. We reported repeated water intrusion for months, including soaked carpet and drainage problems, with minimal follow-up to address the water damage in our unit. I’ve liked living here - been here about a week now. Few things. Leasing office is lovely & very quick to respond take care of things etc. Amenities are nice. I appreciate the car wash & this is my third apartment but the first to actually feel like a home. Main complaints: Washer broke the first use. Valet trash can be nice but kind of inconvenient. I lived in enclave for 1 year and had issues from day1. At movein we went through an inspection they did not write down the majority of concerns. It took them the majority of our lease to replace the sliding door to our balcony that was impossible to open. Our unit had a mice infestation that the office did not take care of. Pest control is a joke at this complex. Tenants should expect to pay 300 more than the lease agreement. The office manager even told us that she no longer lived on property.
