Had them come service and clean my unit, did not get the desired service that I asked for. The technician named Alan did not seem focused on his job and was more focused on his phone, not sure who he was talking to...overall disappointing experience, would not recommend.

Beware this company is dangerous called him on last Thursday to go out and check in A/C on a property. We manage was told upon arrival of the technician that the coals were dirty. He would attempt to clean went back to the office. Got a total attempted to clean the Coals call back said they were too dirty to clean. They needed to be replaced, but the air conditioner was working fine. Gave me a price to replace the coals gave them the approval. They were to be there Tuesday morning.
