Beware this company is dangerous called him on last Thursday to go out and check in A/C on a property. We manage was told upon arrival of the technician that the coals were dirty. He would attempt to clean went back to the office. Got a total attempted to clean the Coals call back said they were too dirty to clean. Just as the snow began to fall and temperatures plummeted, our central heat stopped working. Josh responded quickly and identified the problem. We had to wait a day for the part for the repair, but he was attentive and efficient, polite and friendly. We’re thankful!
Of course, the AC decided to quit working on Friday afternoon. We called after 5pm, and Allen had the house cooling back off by 7:49pm. Great work, great speed, and great customer service throughout. Thank you.
Be very careful of this company and make sure you always get a second opinion. My heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Being so that this company is near my home I decided to call them. The tech informed me that something in the unit had shorted out and it appeared as if I'd need a new unit. Well after a near $11,000 quote to have the entire unit replaced I decided to call a company I used in the past to get a second opinion.
