Love NP STEPHANOPOLOUS and all of her care team! NP Irene and her staff are always responsive to my questions and needs on the Emory MyChart system. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great office.
Dr. Olabode is fantastic! She’s kind and really cares about my wellbeing. We began seeing her as a GP about 2 years ago and my health has improved since working with her. She takes her time to listen to what is going on and to explain the best plan to get you healthier. Her office staff and nurses are always kind. We couldn’t be happier with the level of care we get whether it is for an annual physical or an illness. Highly recommended!
Dr. Humphries is always incredible. She's thoughtful and listens, as for sher nurse, Phaedra. The front office staff is kind and helpful. Calling can be hit or miss as noted with other comments, but since becoming an Emory facility (used to be DeKalb Medical) the availability and service when calling had improved.
Terrible customer service. Can never get anyone on the phone. Do you even care about your patients??
