They don’t shovel the sidewalks around their parking lot on Oak Grove and Spruce Pl as per city of Minneapolis ordinance. This was supposed to be cleared by noon on 11/26. It’s 10:40am on 11/27. They haven’t touched these sidewalks. They only cleared the sidewalk in front of their own building entrance and ignored the rest of their property and obligation to the neighborhood. Terrible owners!

Be careful had my package stolen and they ain't check the camera they did nothing wish they had central air it be ghetto people loud at 1 in the morning in the back yard they don't respond when you text or call them

I too have had trouble being charged for parking after no longer parking there they still charged me for 5 months. Predatory practices do not sign a lease with them, instead look at Copenhagen enterprises across the street, I have had no problems with them and their parking permits are only $75.

Update: I have been trying to contact them for weeks now to remove the monthly parking fee and to check to see if we are all set with the break lease, it's been over a month since I paid the fee and I have heard nothing from them. I called and left messages, texted the number they provided, and sent an email to the email on the website, no responses to any of it. Update: after about two months most of my clothes/fabrics smell of smoke (I'm not a smoker). People smoke in the building and right outside the windows. My lungs an... read more
