I understand that dental offices need late-arrival policies. My issue is that this office accepted the appointment knowing my situation and then gave me a consequence that was never explained by blocking me from scheduling routine treatment. When the appointment was scheduled, I clearly explained that I deliver newspapers in the area and might arrive late. Didnt call me back about my moms dental Emergency though she said she would talk to the doctor and get my mom an appointment! Then they don’t answer the phone ! So I drove to the clinic and they are Closed during business hours !! WOW ! So on their website, it says: We recommend that you bring your child for their first visit within six months of the first tooth erupting. I called in to ask about fixing a cavity on my 20 month old that has a full mouth of teeth and they recommended that I go to a pediatric dentist. Please up... read more
