Truly dedicated staff......fabulous care facility.
The care and therapy I received at Oak Grove, in the Oak Leaf unit was truly amazing. I was able to reach my therapy goals, because on the phenomenal therapists. Bonnie, Laura, Debbie, Christy and Asia took things to a whole different level. I cannot thank them enough.
