Hi, I just wanna send out a heart felt thankyou to the Manchester, Oakgrove, QuailHill staff, The recent Valentines Bojangles biscuits give out was very inviting! Sue and Lawrence were out there serving in the cold with pleasant smiles and good mornings which is just a testament to the great professionalism that I have received since I’ve been living here!! This is very exciting for me to post a good review for the Oakgrove Manchester, Quail Hill apartments. I’ve lived at a few communities before but none that were truly satisfying as being here! The management staff is on point and always quick to take care any issues I may have had! Any maintenance issues are taken care of I would go to say almost as fast as I put my service request in! I live in Oak Grove Apartments and I am very happy with where I live and the staff here. Miss Michelle and Mr Lawrence are very attentive to our needs and concerns. This is a great place to live.
Lawrence, our Maintenance man, is amazing! He is always friendly, professional, and helpful. He even cleared my walkway of snow without being asked he saw it needed to be done and in true Lawrence style, took care of it. Our complex is so lucky to have him!
Sue is by far the best leasing assistant I've worked with. Between her and Michelle I wouldn't know where to even start with my process of getting my apartment, or anything. I love how understanding and communicating she is and how above and beyond she goes to make everyones experience worth while.
