This place is the absolute worse, the property manager Michelle is the absolute worse, she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s charging hidden fees that weren’t there when Quinn was in the office. The maintenance man Lawrence should be fired for have relations with tenants, and that’s totally illegal and grounds for termination. They’ve put out letters stating kids can’t ride bikes in the neighborhood, and implemented rules that were NEVER in the lease. Nobody likes either of them, they just deal because they live there. We recently moved into Quail Hill apartments, the place is nice and clean, and quiet. The manager Michelle was extremely helpful during the lease and Move-In process. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Her staff Sue and maintenance person Lawrence were very friendly too. We recommend this place a lot.
Ever since Ms. Quinn left, the quality of living here has significantly declined. The new property manager constantly harasses tenants with fabricated rules that aren't even in the lease. For instance, she attempted to charge me a late fee for rent, despite the portal clearly showing I paid on time. She also tried to force me to move out earlier than my lease stated. I’ve been living here for 7 yrs, things were cool when Ms. Quinn was here, but now since new management has taken over things have gone to hell. The new lady Michelle is horrible on so many levels, she doesn’t know how to talk to people, her new lease signing tactics are almost criminal, and the way she handles business is below sub-par. The maintenance man is having relations with one of the residents, and gives her favoritism.
