Another vet in town didn’t believe she was in labor or any issues said they could wait maybe that night or next day they would do a c section but didn’t want too at all that I was forcing her.(day 66 already from their breeding) After explaining the situation to oak grove they told me that they wanted to see her right away that they would do the c-section since she only had 2 big puppies and her temp drop . Was told my dogs euthanasia would cost around 73 dollars. They charged us 131 dollars. And only let my husband go in to the appointment so I didn’t get to say goodbye to my dog. My other dog also had a check up last month and they didn’t say anything to me about her cloudy eyes. Wouldn’t recommend.
Typically, I have had nothing but excellent experiences there. The Veterinarians themselves are always excellent and professional. However, my most recent experience was quite different when I had to deal with a Veterinary technician. The technician I dealt with, Kristi, was beyond rude and unprofessional. They let me know when I checked in for my appointment they were short staffed and would be running a half hour behind. I completely understand this, and it was out of their control. great vet, the doc listens pretty well to what you feel the needs are for the animals. the techs are a bit jerkish and don't really like to listen when you voice concerns with your pet;. it's like they talk down to you instead of talking to you, but if you can get past that part then I would recommend coming.
Stop making diagnosis without a complete exam and tests. Find another vet.

Staff is great, Vet is very informative. He doesn’t try to push things on you... he gives you all the details he can and leaves it up to you. He had great bedside manner. Price is a lot better than a lot of the other places in the area.
