We had to put our 17-year-old dog down and even though that is a hard experience, they made it so much easier than it could have been! They were so caring and kind to our dog and also to us and I would recommend them to anyone!
The front desk is very unorganized never seem go know what's going on. After you wait for them to get off a personal call with their mechanic, you then get told you you get checked out.. But then are told you have to wait again..My dog had pretty major surgery nobody called to see how she was doing. I talk to the vet on Wednesday we agreed I would pick up meds on Friday, I go to pick up and once again the front desk has no clue. This is so frustrating I am going to take my dogs somewhere else.
