It's a shame after 2 years we had to leave. The termites, rats and mold were just too much. The health department needs to go in and inspect this place.

I’ve had a great experience so far at Oak Garden Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Nancy in the office; she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. On the day I moved in, the A/C/HVAC unexpectedly broke. With it being unusually cold (around 30°) in Hollywood, Florida, I was honestly worried I’d need to order space heaters just to get through the night. I wanted to take a moment to thank Nancy for all that she does! It is not often you find the property contact so nice and available (and has a good personality)! The property is full of good neighbors that actually say hello and how are you! I think that speaks volumes for how great these apartments are. I really enjoy living here and you don’t often get a place that’s quiet at night but here it is! The maintenance crew is awesome as well!
