The area is dangerous and the management of this establishment is questionable. We lived in the Oak Garden Apartments for two years. The only good thing about the apartments is that they are clean. Management is only onsite two days a week. Last summer (in early August) our air-conditioning broke & we went an entire seven days without air conditioning because the manager was "out of town."
