Purchase Great experience,will go back again.
I bought a whole house full of furniture from this place 15 years ago and it is all in near-new condition. I even bought the warranty on the sofa and love seat, which I never used. I recently moved and purchased a sectional, recliner and ottoman. There was a mixup in the color of one of the pieces and Mike, the manager, immediately made it right. The quality on this furniture is amazing and has lasted for all these years. Five stars!
Not a friendly place! – I was in here and I want to tell everyone that this place is rude! I am letting others know with about my experience here. The manager was very rude and was not reasonable at all. The delivery is ridiculous and their "take it home today" only applies for people who bring a truck to take it home themselves. If you advertise something like that, at least put a disclaimer big enough so people could actually read it!
More women employees please�?? Just bought a CA King size bed in Fresno a few days ago. Have spent a few thousand dollars over the last few years as we are new home owners. I've been able to check out three of their stores and their service has been great. My only advice, as a consumer, is that they should hire pretty gals to work the floor. Kind of tired of buying stuff from dudes.
Shopper I just bought a sectional here It was so inexpensive and I just love it! They delivered it the same day and all of the people there were really nice. No high pressure. I plan to guy back and buy many more items when I have the money. I shopped around and they had the best selection and the best prices I was able to find anywhere.
Save $ and wait time! Just bought some awesome couches at Oak Liquidators...They were quite a bit cheaper than the home store...They had them in stock and ready to go! I got to enjoy them the same day I bought them...Very nice employees...Not real "buggy" but they did greet me and help me find what I was looking for...LOVE this store..Great value.
Unusual Store I counted seven people behind the counter. No one was helping customers. One man, probably the manager, was complaining that it "smelled like crap." A girl was arguing with him that it smelled like "linen." I lost track of who was who after that. Then later I overheard one of them use the term "metrosexual." Not sure who they were talking about. Oak Furniture Liquidators is a great place to shop! Being new to town I spent the day looking at all the different furniture stores. Most places had to order everything. I had any empty place so that would not work. Tired of hearing crazy sales pitches I went into Oak Liquidators. They were quite busy but a nice young lady showed me around and answered all my questions. She let me look on my own then came back to check on me. OK store Yes, some items are cheap. But if you shop around, many store in town also have the same low price or even lower. The low end setting creates the feeling of bargain, but i end up buy at other store for better price and better shopping experience. You can get the same product at the same price in many big stores in town and get a better shopping satisfaction, that is my opinion. As someone who live in Bay Area move to Fresno, i have to say that Fresno has many beautiful furniture store that have wonderful price.
