My apartment (and several of my neighbors that I had seen) was literally falling apart, heat barely worked in the winter, in the summer the AC kept going out. laundry room constantly flooded every time neighbors ran water. bedroom and closet doors would never shut all the way. so many things were wrong with this apartment and most of them never got fixed. My wife and I have lived at Oak Forest Apartments for about 3 months now. During that time we have had a wonderful experience. Beginning with the first day we moved in, management has asked us several times if there is anything they can improve upon in our unit. When we have stated concerns the owner has been very quick to find a remedy to the problem, including replacing an older appliance very promptly.
