I am apart of a rescue group that was approached by a man who was unemployed due to the pandemic. His Pug had bloat and this practice turned her away because he did not have cash upfront. Our group along with another group were gathering the funds and committed to pay and we were turned away. The pug died a few hours later. No resources were offered to this pug or owner, they knew he was unemployment and they knew this dog was actively dying. We are a rescue group and we called and begged for them to save a little pugs life. The gentleman was unemployed but we promised to pay. She died a few hours later. Murderers. RIP Ren.

They are kind and caring. Being new to the area, I was nervous about going to a new vet. They alleviated all my fears and were wonderful and so accommodating.
