My greatest regret was moving into Oak & Ellum on 4/5/24. From the start, I did not feel welcome. I arrived with a U-Haul and no one told me where to park or unload; I had to go back to the leasing office multiple times just to figure it out. At move-in, Bethany (who only worked there about a month) gave me only one mailbox key. I specifically asked her to document that so it wouldn’t fall on me at move-out. Horrible experience. Do not rent these apartments. The staff is horrible. Pam is in the leasing office and she is a straight up liar. Do not trust these people, they just want their commission for leases. My sister moved out from here and the fire alarm always went off, constant power outages, water outages, elevators never work. On top of that I turned in keys for my sister that leased here and Pam in the office literally lied to my face about a rekey being 10 dollars.
