Professional and knowledgeable staff. Providers listen to your concern, and one of best dermatologist.
First time going here due to insurance change. I really want to give them 5 stars because everything about the office and Dr I saw was great. Until I got the bill. I have an HMO but they insisted I didn't need a referral. I did have one though. They keep billing me too. Anywhere from $150-$180. I paid my co payment. That should be it. I've called my insurance company and medical group and they say bill is paid in full. Be aware of sketchy billing. Sorry I won't be going back because of this.
Everyone here is super friendly and great! Their online portal to schedule appointments is super helpful. Dr. Al-Hadidi has been a great help with my acne.
Dr. Nour Al-Hadidi was so professional, kind and efficent. Answered all my questions and helped with current concerns. I’ll be back next year!
