This company is truly a joke. Charge you up the … And don’t do a darn thing except collect money. The main reason to NOT hire them is because of their manager whose name begins with an “M”. Out of our 44 (?) units, I honestly don’t think there is one person who can deal with him. Just don’t go with them.

Oak & Dale Properties is our current property manager for the Darien Club subdivision. If I could give ZERO stars, it would be far more appropriate than one star. Today we had a Board Meeting. The Board refused to take questions during the meeting. Oak & Dale is fully aware that our associaiton is governed by CICCA which mandates questions be taken by Owners during the meeting and not just by email. Can never get a hold of a person when you call. Management is lacking in common sense.Fathers day weekend, no place to park because they chose this weekend to resurface parking lot that did not need it. So screw you to your families residents. This is who Oak and Dale property managers are.
