They dealt directly with our insurance company. This made the experience even better. If we ever need to get roofing work done, we will be using this company again. I had just had windows put in by window world and had the worst experience ever. The sales man approached me regarding a new roof and I was not in the mood. However he left his card and assured me he would handle everything and invited me to look around at some of my neighbors who were also getting new roofs by Oak Crest.
