They only warranty their work for 2 years. My roof is only 4 years old and is already leaking. For that amount of money, the warranty of work should be a bit longer.

I had Oak Crest replace my roof almost 4 years ago. It turns out when they did it, they didn't put the nails in the tack strip on the shingles in a large section of my roof. The shingles came loose in that and have caused a leak in my roof. Since their workmanship warranty is only 2 years, I am out of luck... even tho they didn't install the product correctly. Their "warranty department " wasn't interested in seeing pictures or to coming out and look at the issues for themselves... only telling me that it wasn't their proble... read more

This contractor completed our roof in June 2019, around 4 years ago. Recently we noticed a leak in our laundry room. Went to the attic to see where the leaf was coming from. Called Oak Crest Roofing and was told that there was nothing they could do for us because our 2 year workmanship warranty already expired. We had to call another contractor and was told that when the roof was replaced, the rotten wood around the dryer vent was not replaced. Oak Crest Roofing just placed new shingles on top of it.
