RecommendedI worked with Dr. Julio and Dr. Monica before when I was a vet tech. wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else!
Absolutely love this place. The staff has always been friendly & happy to help with any questions I may have. All the Vet Techs are great with my dog & super knowledgeable. Dr. Burguete is the nicest person, she is always great with all my questions and takes the time to make sure I understand everything that is going on. Plus my dog absolutely loves her. All the Vets are amazing but she is my favorite. Plus they aren't afraid to try natural alternatives, which is really important to me.
Their customer service is not that great. It’s extremely difficult to get a same day appointment even if it’s a semi emergency. I tried to get my dog into the vet, which he had been going here for years now, for a dog bite. The first time I called they couldn’t fit me in so I had to go to the emergency vet. Seven days later I called again regarding complications of the dogbite and they couldn’t get me in again. The vet tech was not apologetic whatsoever for not being able to see him. 1st. time at the Vet with new Puppy. Dr. Warren very knowledgeable & thorough. Ashley was so kind with my pup. Front desk staff very helpful. Upfront pricing no surprise on cost.
Great Vet. Everyone that works there is awesome and very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the same day. They provide great service and they are very prompt. We would not think of going anywhere else.
Very nice facility & so caring!
No matter who we see, they always take the best care of my furry girl and always take the time to fully explain what's going on. From routine wellness care to last minute emergency care after a boating accident, they are always wonderful. Even my dog likes going to see them!
