I stopped taking my Cat there about 2 years ago. I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm, was running about 10 minutes late, called the facility to let them know I was on my way only to be told that the doctor would not wait. After being a client for 20 years I would have expected a little understanding. They lost me as a client over 10 minutes, and now my Cat goes to oak Creek veterinary clinic on Howell and Drexel where they truly value my business and tke wonderful care of my Cat.
I absolutely love the Animal Wellness Center of Oak Creek. The staff there is wonderful and very knowledgeable! They always take the utmost care of my pup, Ripley. There is no doubt that I will be staying with this vet indefinitely!
Trust them with all of my furbabies. They are super attentive and very informative.
I love the atmosphere they have built in this place. it's not just another vet that has focused on maximizing rooms. it feels almost like a home. the staff is also great everyone of them very knowledgeable, especially Sara she always does a great job with my 2 dogs. And trust me if you know my dog milo he is a hand full. I'm 100 percent positive I will be sticking with these great individuals for all my animals.
