Their payment policy sucks, if you don't pay your balance in full in 90 days they will not see your child again. 9/6/11 I made a $50 payment and then two weeks later I received a letter stating they wouldn't see my child anymore. Their rude rep in the billing dept. said i should've made a payment arrangement, even though i was paying monthly on my own to avoid terminating my 5 year old as a patient. They take months to reconcile with insurance, they tried 4 different medications on our daughter over 1.5 mos. for a simple ear infection, and, to top it off, insisted that we pay $800 that we did not owe because they could not properly submit most bills to our insurance. Bad service all around from the whole lot at that office. Front office staff was rude and made mistakes on appointment times as well!!! Don't let the brand new office building fool you!
