They don't help they evic the people who aren't doing anything wrong and then they don't fix anything the right way my stove has been broken for 6 years and they refuse to get me a different one and then the fixes they do manage to get done has to be re done over and over instead of fixing it right the first time and the people in the office are lazy and only policing the people that say something about what's going on in the area and the basements flood and thay don't fix or replace your stuff they can barely get the yard m... read more

This complex is horrible! The kids here are horrible, constantly fighting, throwing rocks at other tenants Windows. Its so disgusting.. Nothing is done about anything, kids or their parents get spoken too. If you can avoid renting from here then avoid it. Laura Mendez and Amanda Bell like playing favoritism. They don't do anything to the people that cause the trouble and problems.
