A friendly place. Several of Nursing Staff and some of the Administrators are on my "Sweet Thing" List. (Copyrighted!). Lovely setting of Hardwood trees and several acres of finely-manicured lawn, connecting with City of Kettering's updated Playground Park for Children and Adults alike. The Park's new Basketball court appeals to high school, college and others for team workouts and even for residents to just come and shoot "Horse," or "Pig." Oak Creek Terrace is hands down the best assisted living, skilled nursing facility in the area. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, really care about their residents, become family. They housekeeping staff is amazing. It is the cleanest long-term facility I visited before making a choice to place my mother-in-law here. I feel lucky to have gotten her into a place so amazing. She didn't want to go but is very happy at Oak Creek. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious.
