Buyers be aware!!!! Homes are decent but definitely use your own contractor to do everything up . “IRA”. Terrible. Definitely gonna get his money and still make you come up with some out of pocket. Do not buy any home from this crooked place, we paid so much money for our homes, who does plumbing without gluing the parts together?? Oak Creek homes does! We had to stop using the sink bc the plumbing was leaking water, when my husband went to check it, he found that the parts had not been glued!!!
