Buyers be aware!!!! Homes are decent but definitely use your own contractor to do everything up . “IRA”. Terrible. Definitely gonna get his money and still make you come up with some out of pocket. Communication is not good at all Zane the sales rep seemed to wanna help us out in the beginning but once he got paid seemed as he didn’t care anymore. communication is not the best.
