My 93 yr old uncle died. They delivered flowers that were DEAD! They not only delivered them 2 day late at 8:30PM and scared her. When the owner said to my 94 yr old aunt that they would make it right..... They left 3 flowers without any wrapping on her doorstep. No Water NOTHING!
I ordered the dozen long stemmed roses for delivery after noon on Valentines day. They were delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. The arrangement was very fresh and nicely done. The roses were spectacular and in a fresh (just bloomed) state. I really appreciate this business for their quality product. It was my first order but will not be my last.
Very disappointed with my order. This is what I've ordered and chose the "deluxe" more expensive option, paid $115 with a card... but look what got delivered. Will not be using this service again.
Ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter thru FTD website. Oakcreek Florist provided the flowers. My daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement she received. I was so disappointed as it didn’t match the size of the bouquet I ordered and paid for! I contacted the florist. The owner answered and promised to call me back the following day. Never happened!
Ordered a standing funeral wreath from Oak Creek Florist for a relative's funeral mass. The arrangement came out beautifully (as pictured). The staff at Oak Creek Florist truly went over and above in their delivery efforts. I am very happy with the product and am appreciative of their efforts. Would definitely do business with them again.
