Ordered a standing funeral wreath from Oak Creek Florist for a relative's funeral mass. The arrangement came out beautifully (as pictured). The staff at Oak Creek Florist truly went over and above in their delivery efforts. I am very happy with the product and am appreciative of their efforts. Would definitely do business with them again.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received regarding an online order that was incorrectly sent to your shop without my consent. When the owner called my cell phone and I returned the call, I was met with an incredibly rude and condescending individual. Happy with my order. Flowers look great!
I had ordered a bouquet through an online florist for my daughter's birthday. My daughter took a picture of what her flowers looked like. I was really upset when I saw that they were nothing like what I had ordered! The online company gave me about $10 back and told me the florist would deliver a new bouquet the next day. So I wanted to send my wife some flowers just because I love her and miss her, and was working outta town. I looked up florists in my area. I called the ones that had the best reviews first. Went down the line and NONE of them answered the phone. Then I see Oak Creek with only 3 stars and gave them a shot. Called and they answered.
