The apartments at Oak Creek are wonderful! The community garden, play set, and lovely pool area are real gems...but, what makes Oak Creek especially great is the friendly and helpful staff.
I had to be move to the area in a short period of time. I stopped in to look at an apartment and Andrew took us around right away. The staff here is wonderful! The apartments are newly renovated and very modern looking. I love it! Needless to say I had signed and paid for my first month by the end of the day. They are always thinking of new and great ideas in the neighborhood and they are not done yet. They are in the middle of building a new clubhouse and getting a gym! My fiancée and I moved in Oak Creek at Polaris last month and this is by far the most professional office staff I have experienced. Joe and Andrew took the extra time to show us several apartments and we found the one that suits us best. OCP just built a playground, dog park and raised garden beds to plant your own garden. Also there is a new pool and grill facility that blows any other places we looked at away! Overall A+ and we couldn't be happier. B&R
Recently relocated to the Columbus area for work, looked at a lot of apartments and this one was the tops. Good pricing for the updated apartments, grounds and location. Very modern and up to date. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you especially to Joe and Andrew for making the move smooth.
My family and I moved here from California and we couldn't be happier with our apartment, it's clean, quiet and updated: being able to control our fixtures, thermostat and lighting via Alexa is a huge plus. The staff is welcoming, thoughtful, and professional. I signed my lease and moved in, in less than 24 hours.
We very much appreciate the fact they are making our community a better place by replacing our windows, siding , ect... The staff has always been extremely professional and friendly. We love the new model they have coming- the grey cabinetry is beautiful, the black granite, the fact that you would get an amazon echo if you move in inclusive with it being a smart technology apartment. I love love living here. Pros: 1. The girls in the office are the SWEETEST! Alessandra and Sierra. They act like they're me and my daughters best friend when we come into the office. 2. Close to the highway- I work downtown, only about 20 minutes. 3. They just had a breakfast for us this morning! Cute!! :) 4. Everything I need is within a few minutes. All my grocery stores, my daughters daycare, shopping, restaurants, ect.... 5. I feel safe here, everything is convenient, and mainly I choose it for the schools ( Olentangy )w... read more
Was searching for a new place and stopped in to check out an apartment. The staff was great and very helpful. Great location, close to everything on Polaris and affordable which is hard to find in this area!
Stephanie is always there to answer questions, I like that the office will notify me when I have a package
