The area is a quite place to go live in but the owners are slums they don’t do they job it’s always a problem that takes 2-3 months to fix I was without a window for the whole summer of 2024 and nobody came to fix it until late October . The area is a quite place just slum lords all the way around I would not recommend at this time to move here
The Owners Are Slum lords They Dont Come Fix Anything They Just want to Take Your Money They Will Fix Something That will Last temporarily just to keep You Satisfied , They Dont Upgrade Anything People Have roaches Coming from Other Tenants And They Dont Allow Small Gatherings In your Home And They Make You Pay 12 to 1400 For No Updated Utilities.
Terrible don't move here very unprofessional...
