Oh good day my name is John can you I live a block below the oak Crest apartment community. I noticed while in the alley behind my house I see a white washing machine that is dumped in the alley. B now this morning on Wednesday as I'm walking up the street I see a trailer full of similar white appliances which I've taken a picture of. Now I have tried reaching out to the numbers that are identified and labeled for the management group but none of those numbers work. The area is a quite place to go live in but the owners are slums they don’t do they job it’s always a problem that takes 2-3 months to fix I was without a window for the whole summer of 2024 and nobody came to fix it until late October . The area is a quite place just slum lords all the way around I would not recommend at this time to move here
The Owners Are Slum lords They Dont Come Fix Anything They Just want to Take Your Money They Will Fix Something That will Last temporarily just to keep You Satisfied , They Dont Upgrade Anything People Have roaches Coming from Other Tenants And They Dont Allow Small Gatherings In your Home And They Make You Pay 12 to 1400 For No Updated Utilities.
