Oak Creek is not the place to rent if you have small dogs. The apartment complex is not a dog friendly place. My dogs and I almost got attacked by another dog because the owner did not have good control of their dog. The washers are no good. I have not got my refund from two washer from 4 months ago.The company for the washer machine won’t even take my call back. I pay for pest control every month and I still have bugs from the trees still in my apartment. I clean every day with bleach to get rid of them but the bugs would n... read more
Amanda Flores , at OAK creek is the bright smiling face that I love to see, her balance between professional aspects of her work and her compassion for doing what is fair for tenants on property is very rare to find in any city , but I am happy she is here to prove that properties can be ran with positive leadership and charismatic role. You have a wonderful and caring person to look after this property. She is a keeper.
