I am living here for 4 years. Place is peaceful. Management and maintenance team are amazing. There is a community garden that I enjoy a lot. Nice place to live. I recommend it!

They will make you wait 21 days to get your money back per a cause on the paper work for the holding agreement on their website, or so they say. When I lived here I moved from one bedroom up to a two bedroom. I had a dog so they charged me for carpet cleaning. When I had already cleaned the carpets right before I moved with one of the rentable carpet cleaners. Tell me how the new apartments we went into the carpets were filthy not cleaned or replaced. It's also nice when they have people come at 5:00 in the morning to clean in and around the dumpsters and they slam the dumpster lids all the time. Great when you live next to the dumpsters
Great place to live!:) .We lived here for 7 years, and enjoyed the wonderful homey community living in this complex. There's a community garden, a little sitting park, basketball courts, a kiddie playground, pool, sauna, gym, and nice community barbeque. Safe, pretty, and pleasant area of Rincon Valley neighborhood in Santa Rosa CA. Kaleena the Manager, is wonderful! She is conscientious and assures the property is well maintained.
