We just moved in and couldn’t be happier with our apartment and the amenities. Everything is clean and well taken care of. We want to express our sincere appreciation to Audrey for all of her help throughout the leasing process. Our application was a bit complicated, but through her dedication and kindness, we were able to secure the perfect apartment. We truly can’t thank her enough. She was incredibly patient and supportive from start to finish. We are so happy to call Oak Creek our new home.
I am living here for 4 years. Place is peaceful. Management and maintenance team are amazing. There is a community garden that I enjoy a lot. Nice place to live. I recommend it!
Don't apply for these apartments unless it's really what you want and qualify for, they require 2-1/2 times rent in income. They will not give you back your holding deposit promptly. They will make you wait 21 days to get your money back per a cause on the paper work for the holding agreement on their website, or so they say. When I lived here I moved from one bedroom up to a two bedroom. I had a dog so they charged me for carpet cleaning. When I had already cleaned the carpets right before I moved with one of the rentable carpet cleaners. Tell me how the new apartments we went into the carpets were filthy not cleaned or replaced. It's also nice when they have people come at 5:00 in the morning to clean in and around the dumpsters and they slam the dumpster lids all the time. Great when you live next to the dumpsters
