The apartments are close to Walmart, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, eye doctor and hearing aid center. There is a senior center close by. Republic is conveniently located close to Springfield, Branson and Lake of the Ozarks for fishing, boating and entertainment.
Lived here with my younger brother for the past few years. Its been awesome! Super quiet, close to town, and rent is reasonable. Its been super nice, even decided to stay after I got married. She seems to love it too!
I just renewed my lease. They are pet friendly, have fantastic internet as they use Fiber which has been perfect for working from home, the rent is affordable and the apartments are very quiet which is a nice change for apartments. Lisette has been working hard to update and repair the units and has been doing stellar.
Nice place to live. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Close to the schools. Even pet friendly.

Great location. Quiet area but close to businesses. Great amenities and pet friendly.
Cost very fair compared to other apartments. Nice clubhouse and weight room. Clubhouse available for no charge for renters. Great for private party. Pool clean during summer. Basketball court available for kids to shoot hoops. Plenty of parking. Pets are welcome.
We are disabled seniors living on the ground floor. We feel very secure living here as there are two Greene County Officers here as well. We are conveniently located to shopping, groceries, pharmacy and doctors. A short drive to Springfield, and the new VA clinic. Big town conveniences with a small home town living feeling.
