My name is Tina. I have now lived at the Oak Court apartments for 6 years. Overall, it is a good place to live. The property and units are well maintained overall, though the staffing is limited as far as maintenance and office members go. For example, it can take a few weeks for maintenance requests to be responded to, and there is currently only one office attendant managing not only this property, but another within Republic. The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.

Nancy K. on Yellow Pages My parents have lived in Oak Court Apartments for over 7 years. They are in a handicapped 3 bedroom that is the perfect size for their needs. The apartments are close to Walmart, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, eye doctor and hearing aid center. There is a senior center close by. Republic is conveniently located close to Springfield, Branson and Lake of the Ozarks for fishing, boating and entertainment.
