I so badly wanted to give this place a better rating. I leased here the past two years and outside of occasional homeless sightings and nearby store traffic, it was pretty quiet and pleasant overall. What I never understood was the lack of surveillance on the property being that car break ins would occur periodically and one time I walked up on a sketchy person writing horrible things on the building. Absolutely the best communication and customer service I’ve received. As a Wilmington native, this is the best apartment I’ve ever rented from. Very clean and safe. Kelvin in maintenance is amazing!! Takes care of everything and very professional!! I’m blessed to call this home!!

I would just like to say the staff here is absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond for us renters. They are quick at problem-solving. They never let anything slip through the cracks. They’ve been so amazing to me and my family.
