Absolutely the best communication and customer service I’ve received. As a Wilmington native, this is the best apartment I’ve ever rented from. Very clean and safe. Kelvin in maintenance is amazing!! Takes care of everything and very professional!! I’m blessed to call this home!!

I would just like to say the staff here is absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond for us renters. They are quick at problem-solving. They never let anything slip through the cracks. They’ve been so amazing to me and my family.
Applied to these apartments early June. They had a special for no application fee, but I paid the $75 so my application could go through thinking I could have it refunded. It is now August and have not received anything. I have called and spoke to multiple people only to be told they would call me back- they never have. I have emailed only to have gotten no response. I am very disappointed and glad that we did not choose to live here.
