I would just like to say the staff here is absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond for us renters. They are quick at problem-solving. They never let anything slip through the cracks. They’ve been so amazing to me and my family.
Applied to these apartments early June. They had a special for no application fee, but I paid the $75 so my application could go through thinking I could have it refunded. It is now August and have not received anything. I have called and spoke to multiple people only to be told they would call me back- they never have. I have emailed only to have gotten no response. I am very disappointed and glad that we did not choose to live here.
Our AC unit broke in August and we messaged the team. Someone was out within 2 hours fixed it and we had cool air again by the time we went to bed. The office team is always helpful.
