INFESTED WITH MOLD & ANTS These apartments are somewhat of a slum.. The landlords don't care about the condition of the units. I lived in a 2 bedroom it had rats, and the did nothing until I informed them the rat was chewing up the carpet. I then lived in a 3 bedroom, it had a horrible mold problem, as did about 10 other units that I spoke with the tenants. The landlord failed to do anything about this until after we were forced to get air samples ourselves, and file a suit. The apartments have a severe ant problem in spring... read more
